MGPP-23 HOW TO APPLY

B-01-a) There is no Entrance or registration fee.

B-01-b) Complete information about the Award is available on Web site: www.maltigyanpeethpuraskar.in

B-01-c) 1 : Complete documentation should be submitted on A4 size plain white Computer photocopier paper, printed on one side only.

  • 2 : Use only highlighted 12 font, while preparing documentation.
  • 3 : Do not fold any paper.
  • 4 : Double punch and file all documents in a thin flexible plastic file cover Suitable for A4 size.
  • 5 : Place the folder in a cloth lined thick yellow paper envelope of matching Size to contain A4 size file cover.

B-01-d) Each page should be signed by the contestant and endorsed by principle of the institute or Distt. Education officer. Without the endorsement of the authorities concerned, entry of the contestant would be summarily rejected.

B-01-e) Personal details of the candidate should be submitted in not more than 2 A4 papers, giving information in the following order:

Name, Age, Sex, Residence Address with pin code, email id, Mobile Number, Educational qualifications/institute/university/Year of passing etc., Experience details, extracurricular activities, family background etc., Aadhar Card Number/any other details which the candidate feels would support his/her claim for the award, also paste the passport size photograph on front page of the Bio Data.

B-01-e) – 1: One A4 page neatly written in candidate’s own writing note justifying: “WHY I CONSIDER MYSELF SUITABLE FOR THE AWARD”
B-01-e) – 2: Other supporting documents on candidate’s achievement as indicated against A-03-i, A-03-j, A-03-k, A-03-l, A-03-m, A-03-n, if any.

Note: Please attach all the documents and as required duly endorsed.

B-02) – The proposal with all the required and endorsed documents should reach MMM Foundation office at New Delhi, only by Speed Post latest by 28 April, 2023, 5:00pm:

a) Subject Expert Team would individually set objective type paper in their respective subjects for 30 minutes and Max. marks 50. Conduct On spot test on the date of Jury interviews and finalization of Awardees.

b) Team Leader would compile Objective type paper on General Knowledge for 30 minutes / 50 marks max.

c) Besides, Subject Expert Team would collectively conduct viva for all the subject entries. Viva would carry 50 marks max. each in Subject and GK.

d) Contestants obtaining minimum 60% marks in Written and Viva, each, would qualify for Jury interview.

e) Subject Experts Team would extend their support, under the over all Guidance and command of Team Leader.

f) In the event of a conflict, confusion, controversy, clarification, difference of opinion, the decision of award management would be final and binding on all concerned.
